"I have worked for The Claims Bureau for the last 17 months in the role of Applications Administrator and am responsible for the implementation and development of the internal CMS software. My key responsibilities include system set up and support, gathering requirements for business processing purposes, training, and continued configuration of the software. In addition I get to work with a variety of business partners such as solicitors and 3rd party software providers to ensure that our Claims Management Software continues to grows in line with business."
