Marella Cruise - TUI

The Marella Far East and Middle East Cruise that had a fire in one of the two engines has reduced the number of stops as the speed of the ship has halved. This has left many holidaymakers disappointed.

We are investigating a route to claim back the money people paid for the cruise as they did not receive the full itinerary that was promised when they booked it.

Our legal team are currently researching potential compensation for clients, however, we are looking to investigate those that paid via Credit Cards as this seems the most likely viable route.
