Marella Cruise - TUI

The Marella Far East and Middle East Cruise that had a fire in one of the two engines has reduced the number of stops as the speed of the ship has halved. This has left many holidaymakers disappointed.

We are investigating a route to claim back the money people paid for the cruise as they did not receive the full itinerary that was promised when they booked it.

Our legal team are currently researching potential compensation for clients, however, we are looking to investigate those that paid via Credit Cards as this seems the most likely viable route.

If you were on the Marella Cruise Ship with TUI and paid for the cruise on a credit card, we would like to investigate the possibility of a claim through the credit card provider.

If you would like to get in contact about this please email us at
