Advice firm Allan McRoberts (AM Wealth Management Services) goes under after 4 upheld FOS cases

The advice firm Allan McRoberts (trading as AM Wealth Management Services) has failed after 4 cases against them were successful with the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). Now the firm has gone under cases are being passed to the FSCS and we anticipate a high volume of cases passing through the system.

The firm were guilty of advising people to put their pensions into a high risk SIPP, some of which into the property developments 'Harlequin' in the Caribbean which was famously never built.

Hundreds had been poorly advised and lost their pensions as a result. If you were advised by AM Wealth Management Services to put your pension into a SIPP that subsequently failed, we could help you recover your pension funds.
